Think Outside the Box.... [Office Space]
There must be something about working on the night shift that scrambles your brain. Or maybe your brain has to be a little scrambled to begin with to be happy working this shift. All I know is that my co-worker is starting to sound a lot like me when she talks.
The other night she accidentally hit the button to switch the phone to speaker.
“Oh no! Hang on a minute! It’s talking out of the box!”
“Excuse me?”
Thankfully, it was a personal call, not an applicant. And she got it back on head set without too much trouble.
The thing is that H has had a stroke. I can’t imagine what my excuse is.

I knew someone who, after a car accident, the doctors all had to be assured over and over that he really was like that before the accident.
