Some Guy in a Turban? Maybe He's a Samaritan [Observations]


This guy should be proud. A thirty cent tip indeed! Even the hundred dollars strikes me as a little meager, but what do I know? I'm not running around with a bag of diamond rings nor, by the grace of God, am I absent minded enough to leave such a thing in a taxi.
