They're going to charge this guy with a crime?! Personally, I think they ought to give him a medal. Maybe clone him, if he'd agree to it. 'Cause lets face it, Mr.-Living-in-Mom's-Basement-Watching-Rape-Porn, while perfectly within his constitutional rights, is just plain creepy. Especially if it was that LOUD.
Maybe now his community can avoid another one of those "He was such a quiet young man...." scenerios.
Can you say "Intervention"? Jeepers!

SwordDude is the one who lives in the basement with Mom, not PornGuy. And, PornGuy's entertainment of choice was not described as rape-porn. SwordDude mistook the er... exaggerated vocalizations... on an adult video for a woman crying for help.
Not every guy with a porno is a rapist in training.

Okay, so a guy watches a porno with the volume loud and he's the creep that needs intervention? You're kidding, right? Can't a guy watch what he wants to? Or if he watches a porno is is automatically a creep.
I hate to break this to you, but every guy - EVERY GUY - you have ever met and know (straight, gay or bi) has watched an adult film (at least three minutes of one), flipped though an an adult mag (not for the articles) and looked at porn on the Internet because the Internet is for porn.
Momma's boy with the sword and the "I wanna be a hero" complex needs more help than the guy watching a porno in his own place and alone (no mother around). Charging into someone's house brandishing a weapon no matter how good your intent is a good way to get in a helluva lot of trouble and could possibly get someone killed. There are right and wrong ways to do things and sword boy was wrong.
