Okay. Now I have a question. If I put these things in my refrigerator, are they going to hop out of the carton and roam around? Skinny dip in the sour cream? Get into fights with the disgruntled leftovers on the back left hand shelf?
I know the idea is that the HENS are free roaming...but still, that's not what it says!

While on a recent business trip, I saw lots and lots of Delaware chickens loaded on tractor trailers on the way to a huge processing plant.
That part of Delaware also has a large number of chicken restaurants.
My boss and I joked about Kar-ee-o-kee for chickens. "Cluck, cluck, cluck!"

Well, if they are in the refrigerator, they are not free, therefore they will not roam. The added bonus is that they are safe from chupacabras.
