My experience has been that many men claim to want to be in a relationship with a quiet woman until they actually get the opportunity. Then, to quote The Hub, "I realized you could be thinking ANYTHING in there! I mean when women are just talking, talking, talking about shoes and their girlfriend's relationships with their boyfriends and all these people we've never met and wouldn't like anyway, and how much lettuce costs and s*** then we're ( men) okay 'cause we know everything is normal. But you! You could be thinking anything at all. And when I ask you it turns out YOU ARE!"

I don't know what the last part, "...it turns out you are" means exactly, but he claims that my answer was "a case in point."

"I dunno. Stuff. I gotta get a sack of potatoes. We need toilet paper. I might return to Catholicism." I answered.

"WHAT?!"

"You didn't notice we don't have toilet paper?"

"What about the Catholicism? Where did this come from? Were you just tryin' to slide that past me? What's wrong, don't you feel guilty enough?"

"It may be just a side effect of Easter. If not, I'll let you know."
