Tomato Graduation! [Gardening]

tomato graduation.jpg

"Honey, why are you taking a picture of the tomato seedlings? I'm just curious." The Hub said as I got out the camera and told my carefully tended Rutgers and Sweeties to "smile! Or whatever tomatos do!"

"It's a big day for them! It's their transplant day! It's like...I dunno - graduation."

"How many people do you think take pictures of their tomato plants on their, um, transplant day?" The Hub asked.

"Who cares? I'm proud of these guys! This is the first time I've ever had successful tomato seedlings. Everybody's got their thing. Go...sand wood or something."

Happy Transplant Day, Tomato Plants!

They look great! Congratulations!

I, for one, understand your joy. Every morning and evening, I run out onto the deck to see how my plants are doing. They're actually surviving...and...the bulbs are sending up shoots. Yay!
